How to Roast Seeds

Using Oven

Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) & spread the seeds on a ungreased baking sheet. Roast for 5-10minutes per 250g until lightly browned.

Using Stovetop

Pour seeds in a skillet or frying pan. Heat over medium to low heat, stirring seeds occasionally for 5-10 minutes or until the seeds turn brown, glisten & occasionally pop.
