Soba Noodle Made From Scratch

Soba noodles are good to those food conscious this noodles consist of ingredients that are Cholesterol free and also a Good Source of nutrients. This is higher protein than Ramen, If you're looking for an healthier pasta this is Perfect for you!

Directions

1In a large bowl combine Buckwheat flour, Wheat flour, Soaked Chia then Add Water. Mix Together.

2In Misso Multi Pasta Attachment, put the mixture.

3Cook the pasta in a boiling water then soak in iced water to stop cooking process.

4For the vegetables, Use the Misso Multi Slicer Attachment and Slice Veggies into thin cuts.

5For the Sauce, Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl.

6In a large bowl Mix Noodles , Veggies and Teriyaki Sauce.

7Sprinkle With Black Sesame Seeds.

8Garnish with fresh alfalfa sprouts.

Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Misso Paste
1 tbsp - Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp - Chili Oil
5 pcs - Pili Nuts

1 cup Buckwheat flour

1/4 cup Wheat flour

1 tbsp Chia, Soaked

60 ml Water

Veggies :

1/4 Red Cabbage

1/4 Green Cabbage

1 pc Carrots

Bean Sprouts

Alfalfa Sprouts
