Roasted Red Bell Pepper Soup

This soup really brings out the flavor of red bell pepper. Including hearty soups filled with vegetables and spices is an easy way to become healthier.

Roasted bell pepper soup


1Using the Breville Multichef, add 2 tbsp olive oil heat up for 3 mins. Add minced onions, celery. Sauté for 4 mins.

2Add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute or until aromatic.

3Using the Breville Kinetix Pro blender, add roasted bell pepper, sautéd mix veggies and 2 cups of veggie broth.

4Blend well. Soup can be served chilled or hot.

5Using Misso s2o extract the seed oil and drizzle it to the hot soup


1 tbsp Coconut oil

1/2 cup Celery, chopped

1/4 cup White onion

2 Garlic, cloves

2 tbsp Cornstarch

1 Red bell pepper, large

2 cup Vegetable broth

1/2 tsp Sea salt

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper, ground

2 Fresh oregano, stalks
