11. Using the Breville Multichef, add 2 tbsp olive oil heat up for 3 mins. Add minced onions, celery. Sauté for 4 mins.

22. Add minced garlic, sweat for 1 minute or until aromatic.

33. Using the Breville Kinetix Pro blender, add roasted bell pepper (bell roasted using the Breville smart oven pro), sautéd mix veggies and 2 cups of veggie broth.

44. Blend well. Soup can be served chilled or hot.

55. Using Misso Seed To oil Extractor, extract the seed oil and drizzle it to the hot soup

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup white onion

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 Large Red Bell pepper

2 cup Veggie broth

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper, ground

2 Fresh Oregano, stalks
