MISSOfied Malunggay/Squash Noodles

The noodle from scratch recipe you don't wanna miss. Try it now to taste the difference fortified with malunggay and squash!


1Pour flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the center of the flour.

2Put egg, oil, salt & juice inside.

3Mix well.

4Moisten any remaining dry bits of flour with drops of water & press them into a ball.

5Knead the dough on a floured bed.

6Add a little extract flour if the dough is sticky.

7After 10 minutes, the dough should be smooth, shiny and elastic.

8Whip the dough in a wax paper & let the dough rest for atlas 10 minutes before processing.

9Process the dough using the Misso Multi Noodle Maker function and sprinkle flour as the noodle comes out.


2 cup All purpose flour

2 Eggs

4 tbsp Juice (Malunggay or squash)

Water (as needed)

5 ml Sesame oil

1 Salt, pinch
