Create your own fresh and healthy homemade malunggay noodles the whole family can enjoy as part of a balanced diet.
1Extract 2-3 malunggay leaves with stem using the juicing attachment and set aside.
2Pour flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the center of the flour.
3Put egg, and oil inside of the well and mix until there is texture then include malunggay juice and continue until
4Once there is a bit of texture include the malunggay juice and continue to mix until it is a ball.
5Assemble the mincing cone & noodle nozzle
6Break apart your malunggay dough and process.
7As the malunggay noodles come out lightly sprinkle flour to avoid clumping.
8For cooking, boil for around 30 seconds to avoid noodles breaking.
