Fish Cake Soup (Odeng)

Make your own version of Korean Fishcake at home very simple and easy to prepare, This delicious recipe is one of the best popular Street food in Korea try to experience this Fishcake using Misso Multi Fishcake Attachment. Enjoy and Have Fun.

Directions

1Using Misso multi Mincing Attachment, Mince Garlic, Squid and Fillet Bangus.

2In a bowl Put mixture, Add Flour and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Combined.

3Process mixture in Misso Multi Fishcake Attachment.

4In Hot water Soak Fish cake for 2 mins then take out. Set aside.

5Put the water (5 cups) in Breville Multi chef and add the dried kelp and White Radish.

6Take out the kelp and add the radish slices.Boil the radish for 5 mins.

7Take out and set aside the radish.

8Skew Soaked fish cake.

9Boil the broth and radish on medium high heat and add the soy sauce, rice wine and garlic. Stir briefly.

10Add the fish cakes into the soup then boil until they are soft.

11Sprinkle a few cracks of ground black pepper and green onions just before serving.

12Serve in a bowl, Add leeks and Microgreens on top.

Ingredients

200 g Fillet Bangus

200 g Squid

2 cloves Garlic

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Rice Wine / White Wine Vinegar

2 pcs Eggs

2 tbsp Flour

Salt

Pepper

Leek

Sorel Microgreens

Broth Ingredients

5 cups Water

10 g Dried Kelp

100 g White Radish

2 cloves Garlic
