Cashews and Pili Nut Milk

This wickedly delicious alternative to your favorite holiday drink is made with fresh pili nuts and cashews that will blow your taste buds into a delight. Try this dairy-free nut milk and indulge into the goodness of every sip.

1Soak the pili nuts in warm water for 1 hour (If the skin still intact). Peel off the skin and drain the water.

2Soak both the cashews and pili nuts in cold water overnight stored in the chiller.

3Using the Misso Multi juicing attachment, process the nuts together with the water. Repeat the process 3 times using the extracted nuts.

4Using a sieve or cheesecloth, filter the nut milk to get rid of unwanted sediments.

5Mix in honey, cardamom and vanilla extract stir thoroughly until well incorporated.

6Can be heated or chilled.

7Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder and garnish it with cinnamon sticks.


½ cup Pili Nuts

½ cup Cashew Nuts

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp Cardamom

1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

½ cup Honey or Coconut Sap

4 cups Purified Water

3 cinnamon sticks for garnish

Arromatic herbs and spices (optional)
