Christmas is not complete without Bibingka, enjoy this easy recipe in your own home & share with all of your loved ones.



1Using the MISSO Multi, process glutinous rice until powdery texture is achieved.

2Combine the dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl: whisk the eggs, coconut milk and fresh milk until frothy then mix it with the dry mixture. Add the melted butter and mix thoroughly until well incorporated. Use the Breville Mixer for more precise mixing.

3Prepare the cupcake tray by greasing it with butter. Cut in the banana leaves into 4 inch circles. Using the Breville Oven, toast the cut banana leaves for 2 mins and assemble it to the cupcake tray forming a cup as a base.

4Brush some melted butter into the banana leaves then pour in the bibingka mixture.

5Activate the bake function and pre-heat the Breville Oven under 350F.

6Bake the bibingka for about 16 mins. Top with sliced red egg, grated cheese and shredded coconut.


1 cup Rice flour

1/8 tsp Salt

2 1/2 tsp Baking powder

3 tbsp Butter, melted

1 cup Granulated sugar

1 cup Coconut milk

1/4 cup Fresh milk

1 Salted duck egg, sliced

1/2 cup Grated cheese

3 Raw eggs

Shredded coconut (niyog)
